Great Book for leaders in big organizations

I liked the book and learned a lot from it, it works ideally with big companies better than small companies.

But still, it, good to know how teams work

I did not like the story and delivery of the book

T I am ex management consultant and see the language is difficult with depressing voice behind. Word performance repeated in every other sentence. Very hard for consumption..

Returning. Good if you have insomnia.

I adore a good business book and have been known to get completely revved up listening to books that others find less scintillating. This one was rough ... I gave it two hours and am returning. Very poor narration style (very overdone narration - like listening to a 10-hour commercial voice-over) and in the first two hours of listening, the big nugget of wisdom that was passed along is that teams do better when they have a common performance goal.
