I actually like this audible. I’ve tried many other videos out but they don’t work as well. I’ve listened 2 nights in a row and each time I end up falling asleep 5-10 minutes after. Narrator's voice is relaxing and this technique works for me. Having to hold me breath and breathe more makes me focus only on my breath and his voice, making my mind forget my thoughts.

After long years suffering from sleeping problem, i finally beat my insomnia by listening to guide meditation like this or listening to relaxing rain sounds. It does really help to let go the storm in my head. If you're struggling with deep relaxation and letting go in your mind and body then keep going with deep meditations like this and it will become so much easier over time.
