Lots of information on fascia but little on what to do
I would have liked to hear more practical advice from the author. She spent a lot of time about blocking which is her technique but little information on how do it.

This book was one long, mind-meltingly redundant pseudo-scientific monologue that drove home the fact that disease is linked to improper breathing techniques, which have also given rise to physiological deformities and how they are a viscious cycle of degeneration. Where was the chapter that outlines procedure for at-home or self-remediation? There wasn't one. because the purpose of this book was to sell you courses. I'm really uspet that I actually paid for this. I believe that fluid isometrics is actually valid, but this type of content belongs on a free 20min youtube series, not in a misleadingly-titled paid "book."
