Cancers' guide to recovery starts here!
Thank you so much for compiling this information in layman's terms.
Too bad this is not mandatory reading for doctors!
Their lack of knowledge in this area keeps big pharma wealthy and in power.
This kind of guide is helpful as a patient and a caregiver.
Caregivers need more support and information not provided by standard care.
Reference books like these are our only chance for longevity and quality of life 😇🥰🙋♀️

I love this book.
This was definitely best read in 2022.
This book is educative, full of facts, advice, with, compassion, carrying and love.
Honestly, not much else to say, just listen it and do it 😀.
I understand this could be hard read for some people but in that case ask Kevin Hart to retell it. I will buy that version too. Love that guy as well and all his self help advice.

Great Information for Understanding Your Lymphatic System
I greatly appreciated the wealth of information presented. As a yoga teacher I have a very basic understanding of the lymphatic system but mostly in relation to yoga and yoga poses and that they do affect the lymph flow. I did not have a working understanding of exactly how it all works and how it relates to the other body systems such as the circulatory system. This was extremely informative. I think the struggle in writing such a book would be how to educate and provide precise details but also in a way that it can be absorbed and understood by the average person. At times I had to go back and replay a section to understand what had been explained. I believe this is a book I will have to read more than once. The material presented was interesting, fascinating and also fairly complex. I think I will probably purchase a paper copy of this book to understand the exercises. Overall I would recommend it and I would say even highly recommend it. Even if you gleaned basic information or just an overview of this lymphatic system from this book you would be so much better off than having not read it. I am thankful for the author researching and educating others on such an allusive and nearly invisible aspect of our health. Worth reading or listening to!

Explaining the lymphatic system and how important it really is.
The narration was fantastic. Great metaphors and explaining the body and how important the lymphatic system is as well as how to stay in a calm space. Giving specific insights on how to do this and improve our lymphatic system.

Really disappointed
The author barely spoke about the lymphatic system.
He is REALLY behind the times and said saturated fat is the "bad fat"
The narrator couldn't pronounce some words correctly.

Great info but yoga info missing from PDF
Good info on lymph Not sure anything was new to me but it’s presented well. Main issue I have that only allows for 3 stars : Yoga info is supposed to be contained in the PDF but it is missing. Author specifically mentions to “refer to PDF” so I believe this must be an error. PDF only contains diet info. Hoping it gets updated / corrected.
