I love this audible version of this book. I did buy the paper version as well but with the pdf I dont think I'll keep it! I truly enjoyed this book and listened to it in a couple days!

What really struck me about this book is the level of care in the organization and presentation of this content.
As an Opwel (optimize wellness) coach, I was aware of a lot of this information and have been luckily putting it into self practice and in practice with clients- but to now have 1 resource that contains all of the amazing science and knowledge that this has really is an achievement. So happy to see this crucial information being put out there for the mainstream, and will definitely read this again, and share with all my clients and as many people as I can. Amazing Stuff!! 👍🏼

I’m a huge fan of the Align podcast, so I purchased Aaron’s book and audiobook as soon as they were available. The guidance from both the podcast and book have been invaluable to me after an agonizing shoulder surgery and slow recovery period. Aarons suggestions on hanging for 90 seconds a day, plus the floor sitting and ancestral movements have dramatically improved my shoulder health and overall mobility. I really like when authors read their own books, and this is no exception! Although… I wish Aaron would have thrown in a few of his “pow” sounds here and there;)
