slowing down in a fast-paced world

Lately, I’ve been feeling completely exhausted, trying to balance work, school, and running a small business. Even during the holidays, I struggled to relax, with my mind fixated on all the things I “should” be doing. This audiobook was a much-needed reminder of how vital it is to pause and recharge, especially in a society that celebrates constant busyness. Every once in awhile you run into something that is sure to help and change your outlook on things. For me, Unwind is such an audiobook. As someone who feels constantly in a hurry and stressed out, this message hit home and contained ideas and suggestions I will implement on a daily basis. Full of ideas!

The fact it was a short book made it not being overwhelmed to listen to! it was actually my way to unwind! The author talks about stress in our day and clearly, she knows what she is talking about. She explains what stress management is and shares different techniques to help slowing down.
