Sound, Helpful Advice

The information in this book are the authors experience and may be beneficial for you as well. They primarily focus on the use of GLP-1 and their experience with it as well as the pros and cons. But, the advice on healthy lifestyle and eating is beneficial for everyone starting a weightloss journey or trying to stay motivated to keep it off. Lots of experience and words of wisdom went into the story of this book and I hope people realize how helpful this book can be with their journey as well.

Lifelong plan for healthier living

While the book delved into some technical aspects of weight loss, the idea that healthy habits are attainable that will help ensure lifelong weight loss. The ideas that fad or crash diets never work, the author tries to show how changing habits, even small ones, can lead to a healthier life.
