Learning how to deal with these issues and not being manipulated by others, my son fell victim of that by so many. I will say that I do have a much better relationship with my son over the years, It is healthier, his sense of overall well being is way better. I really believe that this audiobook will benefit those struggling with anger and how to better manage it. A great job to the author for giving us something that is truly needed in todays society.
