There´s no PDF on the audible platform

I would like to get the PDF the author references several times during the lecture.

Compelling evidence to shift focus

The author makes it clear that, for fruitful change, we must include our bodies. That in fact, change will occur organically that way. We might know this intellectually, but the author’s presentation made it clear and riveting for me. Just naming the mechanism “biobehavioral blindspot” cut to the chase. The information is very motivating. Practical steps to use it will take some search and problem-solving to to be able to practice and incorporate it into my life. (I’m wondering if the pdf accompanying the audio version is a little light on some necessary information as well.). The author does give many examples, and a few exercises but you really need support and guidance to use the material.

Having said that, I’ve found myself already noticing default ways I hold and use my body.

Overall, I highly recommend the book. But maybe get the print version.

Content is brilliant, narration tough on the ears

The knowledge / content in this book will help so many - truly exceptional. Presented clearly and accessibly. The narration is grating but the content so good that I’ll finish it.
