Highly Recommend!

I love the tips and how the author broke down the 101 ways into small, bite-sized bits of information. It was easy to process and take in all the helpful information. I have been in a mental funk lately, and this book has given me a nudge in the right direction to help "reboot" my mind so to speak. It is interesting learning how you can have a healthy body, but that can quickly change if your mental health is suffering. It's very practical and I can see myself going back to this as a personal resource if I am stressed or feeling a bit down.

Great tips!

I think I would enjoy this book far more in paper than in audio. The tips are very concise and helpful! The narrator was very stilted and robotic in her reading. I didn't enjoy listening. But the content of the book was great, and it was a short listen.

Very insightful.

While listening I did gain a lot of knowledge on how to just be.
I noticed some repeated messages there, I also k ow that it’s good to hear and notice messages especially when they resonate with you as an individual. Lots of tips and gems shared and I would definitely use this book as a guide here and there…

A healthy audio companion

I appreciate the good work by Dr. Caroline leaf. I did and will continually benefit from: the breathing exercises, intending to understand, knowledge of the body and chemical messengers, the importance of rest and play, daydreaming is beneficial, and a calm narrator to listen to and remember that my goal is to nourish my soul.

Awesome!

It's truly 101 ways to be less stressed. It's not a very long or in-depth book, yet insightful and one of those that you want to come back to over and over again. Tony Robbins says repetition is the mother of learning. Definitely worth the read and I will be coming back to it. It's not one of those books you store on the shelf and forget about.

Mostly trite

Although there are some useful and new things in this book, listening to someone speak in the overcorrected way throughout is akin to torture. The narration ruined it for me.
