Perform better and get better results!
I truly enjoyed this audiobook, while im not in the age category of the book, it still has a lot to offer young men who want to consider their long term health as well. I will definitely be recommending this audiobook to my dad, uncles and some good friends, too!

A great listen with valuable advice!
I came across this audiobook after purchasing the eBook for my father. It had been recommended by a friend - I was desperate to find something new and found this book quite refreshing. I offered the audiobook to my dad as a birthday present and he has been reading the eBook while listening along to the audio version. I'm glad I made this purchase as it helped my dad find his motivation and way back to physical well-being.

Age Gracefully!
There are many irrefutable scientific facts as to why and how weight lifting and staying in shape will improve your life as you will be able to enjoy yourself into the twilight years. Staying in shape or getting in shape is the best way to battle depression, anxiety IMO. It can be difficult to begin but after listening to this audiobook you will have all the knowledge that you need to begin, the next and hardest step after listening is to take action, but doing so will drastically improve your life!

Fantastic
This was very good audio. As a fitness instructor myself, I found all the information very well explained and i loved the parts that stressed FORM. It has so much valuable information and I just couldn't stop listening to it.

Strength Training Of Mind & Muscle 💪
The author Bryant Willis is a successful Fitness Trainer for over 10 years. He has poured his vast knowledge about 'Health - Strength - Fitness' into this book for people over 50 who give up exercising thinking they are too old. This is not an ordinary fitness book. As the author has targeted people over the age of 50, he knows what is important for this age group and how to cajole someone back into the fitness routine after they have given up all hopes of being in shape!
What I loved about this book is how the author:
- Explains in detail what Strength Training is all about and how Building Muscle Mass, Increased Balance & Posture can help in mitigating the risks of cardiovascular diseases. The book has 7 keys, and all we have to do is to just follow each of them.
- Makes a valid point about attitude. How big is our Why? Right Attitude & Positive Mindset are paramount for success.
- Clarifies that not much equipment is needed as most of the exercises are Body Weight Workouts. At 50+, I am happy and comfortable with body weight strength training done at home.
The narration of Jason Belvill is great.
I highly recommend this book to people who struggle to exercise and be in shape as they grow older.

The Motivation I Needed
Though I've been physically active most of my life, I've been too sedentary recently. Thankfully this book has got me off the couch. In it, the author expertly shares valuable knowledge about the "why" and the "how" men over 50 must stay active. After just three weeks, I'm already feeling more energetic, have better balance, and am regaining strength.
If you care about your overall health and want to gain the most benefit from your physical activity, I highly recommend you get this book.

Great for mindset and technique
My husband actually got this for himself... But I ended up listening to it with him. I workout at the gym with a trainer. But this was a great way to incorporate some stuff at home. Majority of them, as a woman, I can still do! Also loved the section focusing on the back for those that have back issues such as myself.
