Guided Imagery to help fight cancer
I find this to be very supportive and strengthening my resolve to dig deep and trust in myself. I do wish that the end of the tape was music only, not the jarring “this is Audible” I have to rise out of my meditation to turn it off before the announcement.

Love her voice
Very soothing and relaxing I listen to the affirmations a lot when I walk my dogs. Comforting and I agree with the irritating audible closing..how about at least lowering the volume of the audible tag?
