Awesome information

I really liked this book, even though I’m not at the end of my rope. Retirement is coming soon and I have some habits that need to be changed. Information is valuable!

This is the book you've been waiting for!

great book! like with any illness or addiction or circumstance beyond our control, Alan Carr explains how first and foremost we need to accept our circumstances. it's been said many times in many places but this one is good for getting a handle on your financial circumstances and approaching it with an open mind. once you are ready to turn a crisis into an opportunity , you are ready to begin the next chapter in your own life

Empowering

not only empowering, but feel-good and uplifting attributes and great philosophy. This focusses more on the WAY you think of money at first and then at the ending chapters gives some ideas how you can start to tackle debt. The idea is if you first think of HOW you view your life and money, then you will know how to deal with debt.

Awsomness as usual

Once again Allen Carr does an amazing job of a dressing the main root behind us getting caught in debt and the weakening beliefs we carry to be in such a vicious circle yet how to overcome it without feeling depriver yet feeling true freedom and leading better lives. Back than he made me quit suffocating my chest with smoking, over eating and now junk spending. I am grateful truly; God bless his soul..

In Pounds rather than Dollars

This book has great information but it's confusing to listen to money referred to on pounds versus dollars.

Amazing Author who has helped millions..!

Any additional comments?

I am not a gambler, but I read now read four books by Allen Carr: On smoking, alcohol, gambling, and debt...because I was so impressed with his unique approach to addictions.

I recently checked out his website. He company offers seminars and online classes around the world. I have a loved one who is a CHAIN SMOKER. He is also OVERWEIGHT...after being a skinny guy for much of his life.

I also have another family member who had a darling figure until she got married and had three children. I am interested in helping both of them.

BTW, on his website and on YouTube are video TESTIMONIALS from celebrities such as: Anthody Hopkins, Aston Kutcher, Ellen Degernes, and Richard Branson. Check them out.
