I didn’t even know I wanted to quit caffeine. I got here because I wanted to quit nicotine vapes. I ended up quitting nicotine, cannabis, alcohol, now caffeine. Next junk food.

This man figured out how to deprogram the brainwashing that almost all of our society is victim to. He died at 71 because he never stopped working with active smokers even after he quit. I used the easy way method to stop drinking over 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately, it took this long for me to realize that there were so many other Easy Way books. I’m now free from sugar addiction, which I previously had my entire life. And caffeine addiction, which I’ve suffered from for 20 years. No more.
