Well researched book.

Well researched book. Being vegetarian, I mostly looked at the vegetables and fruits listed on the book to know what good it can do to the body. Clear explanation of what leads to inflammation in the body and delicious-looking recipes!

Easy to Make Recipes to Reduce Inflammation

This cookbook for the inflammatory diet includes process directions for purchasing, preparing, and creating delicious, healthy meals. Your kitchen will be filled with various nutritious recipes waiting to be prepared and savored if you implement the week-by-week diet plan. Over 40 delectable dishes, such as taco turkey lunch bowls, red lentil pasta, and lemon dill salad, will have your sense of taste satisfied.There are many recipes in here that I really love, like the meatballs that are packed with mushrooms. you can't even tell that there are mushrooms in there, and you get in a serving of veggies! The Rosemary chicken is easy to make and really yum! You don't have to buy weird ingredients to make the meals, many of the meals work with inexpensive ingredients too. For example, I believe there's a recipe in here that calls for a can of tuna. You don't get much more affordable than that. Lastly, I really love being able to make healthy meals ahead and have them ready to heat up for busy days.

The diet emphasizes lots of colorful fruits and vegetables, high-fiber legumes, healthy fats (like those found in salmon, nuts, and olive oil) and antioxidant-rich herbs, spices, and tea, while limiting processed foods made with unhealthy trans fats, refined carbohydrates (like white flour and added sugar) and too much sodium.This book is surprising at making individuals mindful of both themselves and their environment

This may be best meal plan book I have ever purchased. It is so easy to follow, the recipes are not complicated, the way the information about anti-inflammatory eating is presented makes you feel excited about doing yourself a favor and eating better. I have a shelf of diet plans and cookbooks that are simply too complex to put to use in my world. This book is informative and affordable and easy to apply to your daily routine.

I absolutely love this book.

I absolutely love this book. I have some inflammatory digestive problems. Someone mentioned this book on a Facebook group, and I decided to order it. It was exactly what I needed! The book is practical and is laid out in an easy-to-follow order. The ingredients are simple and things I already had in my pantry. I have thoroughly enjoyed cooking these recipes and best of all, my digestive health is improving. I shared this book with my doctor who is sharing it with his patients. It is a permanent part of my kitchen!!

I highly recommend this book

I absolutely love this book! For years I had constant pain throughout my body. All the tests came back negative. I decided to go on an anti-inflammatory diet and bought this book. The book breaks done your shopping list for you along with what to eat three meals a day, for 2 weeks, and extra recipes. After one month, I lost 14 pounds, the pain is almost gone, I am sleeping better, and my energy is up. I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants a life-changing experience!
