The exercises have given me practical skills to deal with my fears and "What if..." way of thinking. I've found realistic ways to cope effectively with the things I worry so much about, things that swirl endlessly in my mind and have plagued my thoughts for a long time.
With practice, I've found that the solutions I've found carry over to situations as they pop up in my day-to-day life. The trick is making the commitment to solve issues and use the exercises daily even when it seems inconvenient, or when facing the fears you're used to sweeping under the rug is uncomfortable. Realize that it is a process.
My daily life has improved immeasurably.

I did not resonate with this session. I could not get engaged with the guidance. I either had to listen to the voice or "talk" to my body or "Intelligence" , but it is impossible to do both as suggested. The words were irritating me for some reason, it felt generic and rushed. No suggestion were given if you do not connect with anything , your inner voice intelligence, etc. Lots of words that just serve no purpose and should have been omitted. I ended up agitated, not relaxed.You can get better for free on YouTube
