Objective, informative, and comprehensive

A must have resource for both seasoned vegans and everyone intetested in vegan lifestyle.
Narration is somewhat slow, you may want to speed it up by 10-25%.

Encyclopedia of all things veg

If you can get past the first chapter this is the most comprehensive volume os dietary veg/vegan information I have come across — chapters dedicated to athletics, old age and pregnancy eating.

Reference

This is a reference book on dietary principles and biology.
Long but very informative, and includes information from Canada and other parts of the world.
I liked this narrator.

Robot reader

As soon as I found out a robot is reading the text, I had to remove this from the library immediately. Completely unpleasant to listen to. Just pay a real person to read for heaven’s sake! Using a robot to read about something deeply human doesn’t make any sense at all.
