Liked the content, but Narrator puts me to sleep
The content is interesting and well thought out and presented. However, I'm not sure anyone should listen to the audible version while driving. Yipes! So hard to pay attention/ stay awake. Maybe I'll start using it to fall asleep at night.

Amazing
this has been an excellent listening. I am ordering the hard copy so I can reference back. I am so ready to wash my brain.
The information was well written and easy to understand. I already suffer with brain fog and minor memory issues and been tested with results are normal. So something is going on that is not detected as of yet but I feel the desire to take action before it gets worse. I am a nurse and responsible for so many people in the long term care industry, so taking care of myself is essential. I thank the writers the readers and production of this book.
