Best breakfast buddy

I love Bram’s soothing voice. I could listen to him all day and night. He gets me out of bed and stops me from crying when I’m grieving

Nice calming voice

Bram has a nice calming voice. This is my first meditation audible I've listened too. It was a short 8 min breakfast meditation that was nice. I'll listen to more of his work - these sleep and morning energy meditations are free on Audible for the next month I believe. Check them out!

Great way to start the day

The narrator has a very nice soothing voice. Very easy to listen to. I'm new to meditating and I really enjoyed this and found it easy to follow along.

Overall, I liked it.

Breakfast is my favorit meal. I always try to practice mindfulness while I'm eating in the morning. That's why I was very happy when I've found this guide.
Overall, I liked the guide. The only thing that really distracted me (even scared a little bit) was the moment when the narrator started to talk after long pause.
