This is wonderful information and I'm so happy to hear this. I learned that we have to really know that we are in control of our lives and not an emotion. Nice content

Controlling my emotions
It is a unique experience listening to this audiobook and being able to learn how to control my emotions and increase my self-esteem. I like to listen to the author's voice because he transmits security and confidence in what he explains about mastering emotions through discipline and practice. The author teaches about the importance of developing a mental strength where negative thoughts can be silenced and self-confidence increased. I am satisfied because I managed to move forward and feel in control with my emotions. I recommend it.

Quite effective
In my experience, living with anxiety and stress really does reduce quality of life. This audiobook has quite good content and I can say that it is effective since I am living the results of the practice and self-discipline that the author teaches. I like that the author highlights the important role that positive thoughts play in overcoming strong emotions. I heard about how to stay self-disciplined and build mental toughness, as well as the strategies he recommends for dealing with stress. I highly recommend this audiobook.

Excellent
As a general rule, I always get stressed due to my work and when I don't have it finished I get anxieties, but this audiobook helped me calm my emotions and worries. Listening to the author's voice explaining the strategies he offers such as meditation to achieve mindfulness and overcome anxiety disorders, those tips were very helpful because now I know how to organize my mind to balance my emotions and obtain positive results when it comes to do my jobs without stress. I recommend it.

Building my confidence
I needed to listen to an audiobook like this because I knew I had self-esteem issues and couldn't be confident in my relationships. This author teaches about developing daily self-discipline in order to manage emotions using techniques such as meditation to increase self-esteem, as well as how to overcome social anxiety and manage shyness to break the burden it causes in our emotional state. The results I get with this audiobook are incredible, I recommend it.

Looking for a state of control
My life is very stressful lately due to my relationship problems and my job. I couldn't get a balance for both problems and it was really destroying my life but I heard this author talk about how to achieve control in my emotions by building mental strength and self-discipline to manage my stress.
