Publisher's summary

The gloves are off, and the invasion has begun.

Rook has turned his attention onto the newly formed Kingdom of the Iron Dice. In his mind, Joe has become a nuisance that must be squashed. How will Joe's castle prevail when not one, but two armies march upon it?

Joe and Zoya no longer have a shield of ignorance to hide behind. If they face Rook, it will be with the full knowledge of their own true mortal peril. They may be Champions, with near-immortality, but they are still just two micro-sentients facing a godlike being.

The adventure continues as Joe and Zoya journey back to their kingdom in hopes of bringing order to a dungeon that has been falling into chaos. How will they prioritize which fire to put out? Or will everything they have built burn down to ashes?

If Joe and Zoya don't build levels, strength, and abilities quickly, then the kingdom will fall.

Good as the other books, but they changed narrators.

The books was just as great as the other books, but they changed narrators. I don’t have anything against this narrator, I think he’s fine, but changing narrators in the middle of a book series is always hard to get used to.

It took a long time but I was finally here

With this series the 1st 3 books were examination of the health care system the question of the rights of elderly in their choice of how they want to live and die what are the rights and responsibilities is doctors nurses caregivers family and the person who then ultimately has to deal with That situation And doing it through gaming with this book we're transitioning out of that and going into more about his new life now that he realizes what's going on It's taken a long time to get here but it's worth it Hopefully what's going on on Earth will become its own series Now that we're more getting into the game mechanics Is it wait for the next one to come out And to see what other series this author does

Not a huge fan of voice actor change.

I love the book and the story the new voice actor did good but I like the last one a bit more.

I want the old narrater back!!!

The last three books used the same voice actor. So each of the characters had their own picture built up in my mind. I feel that J. D. Jackson wold have been a better choice. It was like watching three seasons of Star Trek The Next Generation and then the whole cast as replaced with new actors in the same roles.
