Amazing audible
The fact is, as Leanne Walters repeats, addictions to whatever (alcohol, sex, drugs, food, self-harm, etc) are not the problem, but rather a symptom and expression of something deeper. WHEN FOLLOWED, work amazingly well to get to the root of these issues and free people from suffering, which in turn frees them from their addictive behaviors that result from them.

Saved my life!
I was surprised to find so much for myself. We don't have to be a Drug Addict to become addicted. Any bad habit can consume us and take away our connection to life. Awesome cure for such kind of addiction.

All I can say is WOW. Great read with even better teachings. I especially loved the section about self-help and therapy, as cliché as it may be, Leanne tells it from a completely different perspective that really opened my eyes to it and has made me want to get help and turn my life around
