Finally a good night's rest!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but these sleep techniques truly work. Soothing and calming.

Helpful for helping to get a better sleep. I suffer from insomnia at times so helps to put in a relaxing state of mind. It’s very soothing and calming.

Great for falling asleep

I don’t usually go for the hypnosis stuff. This was good. It’s more of a guided meditation that relaxes you. It’s great of you remember the techniques she guides you through or if you listen to it every night and let the narrator guide you to sleep with her soothing voice.

This was my solution to lack of sleep

For the better part of two years, work-related stress has made falling asleep a nightly issue. I’ve tried countless methods from YouTube meditations to sleep apps, and nothing truly worked. My mind would race, my body couldn’t relax, I’d wake up feeling more exhausted than when I went to bed and on top of that when I did get sleep it was usually junk sleep.

This audiobook has been changing that. Every chapter is soothing, the narration is gentle and effective, the music was chosen perfectly, and the author clearly understands how to guide the mind and body into a deep and genuine rest. I've been falling asleep easier, staying asleep longer, and finally wake up feeling genuinely refreshed. This audiobook has been a game-changer for my sleep and overall well-being.

Highly recommended for multiple listenings.

Lovely production

In order to call an audiobook like this a success, it has to put you OUT. I was OUT. It's awesome. It's really lovely to listen to, and I don't know what exactly makes it so effective, but I'm happy it is.

very relaxing

Soft enough so it's not stimulating. Music is hypnotizing in itself in a gentle way. The prompts are also gentle and easy to follow. Love it!

Relaxing and Easy to Fall Asleep To!

I’ve been using this audiobook for a few nights now, and it’s made falling asleep a lot easier. The voice is gentle, the background music is soothing, and the pacing is just right. I usually have trouble winding down at night, but this helps me relax without trying too hard. It’s a nice addition to my bedtime routine.

Sleeping Deeper
