About this listen

Now, the quest is on. Objective: Find the dragon before time runs out.

With sparse details, he’ll depend on the help of an old friend to complete this hunt. It’s going to feel like a bunch of grinding, but victory is imminent. At least, it has to be...or the last dragon in the land will be gone - forever.

Each level gets him closer to a cure, because time is running out for everyone, including our cursed hero. What Illume discovers will shock even the most skilled player.

Warning: This book contains unapologetic humor, dragons, and GameLit elements to thrill seekers of a good time who don’t take themselves or life too seriously.

The narrator does a great job of portraying the characters and the story is fully engaging! Find myself laughing out loud on some of the scenarios that illume gets himself into. 12 hours never seems like enough, they go so fast.

Another great story in the series!!

I like the series alot. I love the litrpg style without the useless details being added. Example, if he chose this skill he would have a 0.3 percent chance to summon a stronger familiar. This series does not waste time by explaining tons of skills, abilities, or attributes that are not going to be chosen. A series that does this is just inserting tons of filler to make the listen longer under the guise of world building. Looking at you Aleron, its ANNOYING. This has replaced several others in this category because, the story is progressed over non essential details and is very interesting to me. I love it. Its only been days and i am wanting the next book now. Awesome series. Thank you Jonathan Yanez and Ross Buzzell for your great books.

Awesome, my opinion

MC gts saved by Cordelia and becomes a vampire. He a cure and finds the last dragon to cure him with its breath.
My only complaint, the author loves "hot knife through butter" as that saying is in every book and multiple times in this one.

Cordelia the GOAT

warning spoilers below!

Alright I really enjoyed the continuation of the series but one gripe I have is how the constantly reffer to Illume as "the former cyromancer", " the Vampire", or " the plains walker " and it's done interchangeably in the same chapter former cyromancer then few lines later Vampire.... we get it and really don't need to hear it none stop. otherwise it was great and I hope they don't start referring to him as the former Vampire now in the next book 🤦.

Great, but one annoying thing

why do all the books that have elves, dwarfs, orks are always super racist to them and the humans always hate them yet they grape the females all the time (no g in that grape) why!!how is this entertaining. little D authors have issues.
