About this listen

Dark forces are threatening everything that Dungeon Lord Edward Wright cares about...and they don’t expect what they’re about to get.

Only a few weeks have passed since the Battle of Burrova, and Edward and his friends are busier than ever improving the Haunt and protecting the surviving villagers.

Sadly, time is a scarce commodity in the world of Ivalis. Soon enough, Ed finds himself thrown in conflict against the man behind the mindbrood’s attack, a man who is seemingly capable of shrugging off mortal wounds and who is willing to unleash a devastating plague of undead against the Haunt and everyone inside.

Only the otherworldly powers of a Dungeon Lord may be capable of protecting the Haunt against the rapidly approaching danger...but can Edward remain the same man if he exposes himself to the corrupting influence of that very same power?

The second installment of The Wraith's Haunt is upon us, and Soundbooth Theater had a blast producing it! In the first book, Annie Ellicott played some of SBT's creepiest monstrosities. But in this book, she's taken on the entire female cast, including Kes and Lavy who were voiced by Jeff Hays originally, and a charming new character, Katarina Locksmith, the clever thief. Annie and Jeff have been honing their vocal chemistry, and the results speak for themselves!

The Soundbooth Theater team for this production:
Jeff Hays - Narration, Characters, Production Supervision
Annie Ellicott - Female voices
Dalton Lynne - Proofing, Editing
Griffin Malnar - Production, Editing, Mastering

I love that this series puts so much struggle and effort into the low levels that most authors and gamers gloss over. It makes it feel as if we are on the ground floor of a 20 book series.

Not the usual Mary Sue

I enjoy the narrators they do a good job at helping differentiate all of the characters with their own unique accent and the production value of the book is much higher than some others. Also, the characters are well thought out while not being too cliché I highly recommend

Great listen

I didn't even know there was a book two. My son found it after I shared book one with him.

I love the series. On to book 3 now.

Book 2?

With Annie voicing the whole female cast and being in the full swing of Ivalis the story shines as we follow our dungeon lord into more danger and terrific battles.

Great addition to the series

It was a good book, and was enjoyable, but similar to most other LitRPG books. “The Land” is a really good series I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t read it yet that is similar to this.

Good book, similar to most

I loved the book but I don’t like the shortness of the book
It is a good book

It was good but too short

This book was awesome! I love how the author sticks to the theme that Ed is trying to ensure all his minions have the resources and training they need to become strong individually. Some authors have this element but the main character is still the only one who is able to accomplish anything significant in the story. But as I hoped this book really hit home with the character building and individual accomplishments of the side characters and I loved it! I could say a lot more about this book but i’m sure it has already been said. Flawless narration as well! In all this book was a real treat, can’t wait to listen to the next!

Not surprisingly another banger.

The 2nd book was just as good as The 1st book. Very enjoyable and a great distraction to the quarantine of this world epidemic.

Fun and enjoyable

noticed some people complain about a annoying echo, guess they didnt notice it happened everytime a character had an internal thought and was put in on purpose. Great series though
