PDF Supplement IS Now in Audible Library (Update)

When I first bought this audiobook, I couldn't find the supplementary PDF mentioned in the book so I emailed the audio publisher. Now it seems like Audible has fixed the problem and the supplementary PDF is available in my Audible library. I just go to my library, go to this title, and click "view PDF."

Great audiobook!

Hard pressed to find even one hour

Every available second I have is dedicated to enhancing my career and learning Spanish. I have zero seconds and zero time to listen or read anything in English. This book and this review costs me time I value exceedingly. They are worth it. The book is healing. The price is irrelevant here. The value is a Maxim for life. On my personal journey this book became pentacle for alignment to my birth chart. If all you need is what the synopsis offers, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Recommended for everyone, not just the depressed!

Dr. Burns' first book, Feeling Good, helped me change my life, and did more to help me than a year of therapy with a highly-skilled, experienced therapist. Feeling Great introduces a bunch of new concepts and some streamlined ways to start feeling better quickly, as well as techniques to stay that way and fight relapses. I've used these techniques not only to help myself, but to fight friends' and family members' negative self-thoughts to great success. That's why I say this book (these books) are excellent for *everyone*, not just if you're depressed. They can just as well help you in interpersonal relationships with the communication skills and tools taught here, but you might be able to help your loved ones as well.

Insightful, realistic and compassionate

So grateful that there are people in the world that devote themselves to discovering the ideas and tools found in this book. Love the narration as well.

This is a GREAT book!

Building off his ground breaking best seller 'Feeling Good', Dr. David Burns truly delivers with his new book 'Feeling Great'.
If you, a loved one, or friend suffers from depression, anxiety or thoughts that ‘I should feel better and be happier’ THIS is the book to read/listen to as it outlines simple and effective methods to overcome your negative thoughts! I cannot recommend this book highly enough to therapists, clients, and the general public.
The audio version is narrated perfectly and is easy to listen to and follow along with. The PDF file that comes with this audiobook outlines everything you need to crush negative thoughts that lead to depression, anxiety and other issues we all face.

***One HUGE hint: Do the "homework" that Dr. Burns suggests throughout the book! If you are still stuck you can reach out to a certified TEAM-CBT therapist, counselor, or coach to help guide you in the right direction.
