Terrific book

I loved it. Overall and story. I though of myself as a great negotiator. However, after reading this book, there are many more techniques I can use that I had not consciously though of before. I Strongly recommend it.

Performance was also great. Voice was easy to listen.

So lost!

What disappointed you about Getting (More of) What You Want?

This book is meant to be more physical, something that lets you flip back and examine a concept over again. It's not really good to listen on my commute, I find myself day dreaming after 20 mins of listening.

What was most disappointing about Margaret A. Neale and Thomas Z. Lys ’s story?

They didn't teach by storytelling more. They would only give two or three real life examples in the beginning, then explained.Which was great. But after that it was just random abstract examples after abstract example. I stopped listening after the 2.5hour mark.
