This is by far one of the best books on puberty out there. This very important time of a young girl's life should be supported and every resource needed made available for her. If this is not done, the time which should be her proud coming-of-age will instead be daunting and stressful for her. The author prepares a girl for puberty and so allows her to enter that stage calmly, and with the information she needs. As a teacher and a guidance counselor, I recommend this book to parents, educators and just about anyone . Good job!

This was a helpful listen for all girls going through puberty and dealing with the many changes their body goes through. I have two sons, but know other parents who struggle explaining things to their daughters concerning puberty. This audiobook helps resolve those issues tremendously. I feel this is a family listen as it can aid both parent and daughter. Highly recommend this selection for teenage girls needed a helpful hand going through a difficult stage of life. Great job!

Adolescence is the trickiest age especially for a girl. Due to hormonal changes, body changes, voice changes, a complete personality changes of a girl. More than that, this phase of life teaches a girl the best or worst lessons of life. So, it's totally up to a girl how she adopted this change in her. This is an amazing book which you can relate to yourself being a girl.

It is a good recommendation for all girls and I love the theme of this book.

This is a well-written guide for young girls. It talks about every topic your daughters might wonder about, regarding puberty. It also helps to understand better what is happening to her body, her emotions, and more. This book is really helpful, and instructive while being adapted to a 9 to 12 years old girl. I truly wished my mom would have made me read a book like that, it makes the transition from childhood to teenage easier. I recommend this book to every young girl and mother who is worried about having “the talk”.

I am always in favor in material that helps kids and teens with education and self-help. This book does exactly that for girls that are going through puberty! I would recommend this to any family that has a growing girl and would recommend the Dad read this as well! Also, a very creative title, as well. All around a great book!

This is a really useful and informative book for anyone with teenage girls going through puberty.
It can be a scary time and the book explains how to understand what they’re going through with practical steps on dealing with their emotions and physical changes. I particularly found the bits on understanding emotions useful as it had helped me to emphasise a lot more

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook with my daughter. It gives the opportunity to discuss and talk about things girls her age need to start knowing. It was very easy to understand and quite informative. My daughter is recommending it to her friends. I would highly recommend it as well to any parent wanting to start this dialogue with their daughter.

Nowadays, girls hit their priority at a very short age. Their puberty age does not match their mental age. As a result, they experience disturbance in their hormones, emotions as well as in their lives. 


Mothers need to understand this and must make a friendship with daughters.The  Writer, by help of her words guides women about how a mother can give her daughter confidence.

This is a great audible book to listen to as a young girl yourself or for mothers to sit down and listen to with their daughters, knowing that the narrator will handle the trickier conversations that need to happen. It answers many of the questions young and teenage girls are likely to have but may find embarrassing to ask their mums. Each lesson is treated as a digestible chunk of information and softens the teaching of puberty - calling it 'Mamma P' for example! This book covers everything from emotions to periods, and normalizes discussing all of these and everything in between.
