Great read and easy to incorporate into your daily routine

This was a very informative and beneficial book. Definitely will suggest to my friends. Tips are easy to incorporate and not feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable.

This book is great for all who want to change and live life to the fullest! These 2 women have a wonderful plan to help change our views on what e have been slowly taught in this world! Give it a listen, you won’t be sorry!😁

Best ways to take care of our mind and body

The subject was presented in a well organized manner. It is inspirational for every woman of all ages. There is a lot of important information to learn from; I wish I have had this knowledge at an early age, but it is never too late.

Audible quality

This book was difficult to listen to strictly because of its audio quality. It sounded like one reader had a great setup while the other was recording on their phone in a tunnel. It was distracting from the actual messages that I had to shut it off to never be listened to again. And unfortunately, since I’ve already spent money on one version, I won’t even give the book version a try, unless it’s in my local library.

Terrible Recording Quality—Distracting

It’s hard to focus when the orator sounds like they’re in a tunnel. Really distracting and hard to understand.
