Very relaxing to fall asleep listening to this.

This is a great option if you want something relaxing you can download and fall asleep or relax to. Sound is consistent enough to sleep to, with no sudden sounds or changes in pitch, and sounds more like water than other so-called waterfalls I've listened to. There's no talking or other sounds at the end, and the waterfall sound ending is gradual enough the loss of sound isn't startling.

This has been my constant sleep companion for quite sometime now. I would definitely recommend this audio book.

Brilliant, Peaceful and overall relaxing

Being in the military, I find myself deployed or just in places with no internet more than I would like. Being able to download something like this to sleep to before I go is awesome. This one isn't as good as some though, as the waterfall sound is so constant. Other ones with a repetitive wave sound, or rain where you have individual raindrops on leaves is just so much nicer than a constant roar of water. Still, really good.

This is part of a series of audiobooks that are purely nature sounds. I use it as a 'natural sleeping pill'. it's much healthier and enjoying than the prescription drugs or counting sheep :-) I really like the sounds - just place it at a low-volume setting, and enjoy the feeling of sleeping in the nature.

Although the "narrator" is very monotone, this story makes it easier to sleep, living near a highway as I do. I slow it down to 50% speed so it lasts longer.
