Surprisingly good

I found this very relaxing. The guided meditation was very well set up and just found myself drifting off. Will definitely be listening to this again.

Fairly well, but off putting about halfway.

I’m fairly new to meditation and auditable, but half way through this one you get a very loud part and it was very unsettling at least for me.

Slightly jarring voices but still relaxing

I really like the meditative breathing. Even though the female voice comes across more like an instructor than a soother, I’m still able to relax. The male voice that follows the deep breathing always jars me a little—seems a little too loud following the very restful state I get in from the deep breathing exercises. Once I adjust to his voice, I am able to enjoy the sound bowls or whatever and continue to relax. Every time he speaks after a period of just restful noise, it jars me a little. Last night was the first time I was unfortunately still awake at the end and I thought they did a really great job with the sounds just sorta fading. All in all, this is one of my top 5 to fall asleep to. Just wish the voices were a little softer and less jarring.

Ok until the end

Why would you want to try to lull someone to sleep and then in the last two or three minutes jar them awake with what sounds like a bad version of a rain/ wind storm?

Perfect for an afternoon power nap

Just right for my afternoon power nap! I feel rested like I slept an hour. Wish it was one reader, as sometimes the switch from female to male voice startles me as I drift into the nap.

Calming and Relaxing!

The breathwork portion in the beginning kind of felt out of place, but the rest of the audio book was easy to get through. I feel thoroughly comfortable and relaxed after listening to this!

Love this! Thanks for making this!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this. It’s so soothing and relaxing to me. It helps my nerves calm. I love the wash of water at the end. It feels so cleansing.

Loud at some points but overall good

I found out I have covid today. I was feeling nervous and anxious all day and couldn't settle myself. I put this one and after listening the full time, i just slowly drifted off to sleep. I awoke a couple hours later and I felt more calm and relaxed.
