HIIT has not been fully introduced to the fitness world quite yet, but I think it's one of the secrets that no other athlete or bodybuilder wants to give away. Basically a definition only.
If you're looking for an overview of what to do, how it works or a guide to follow, you'll be sadly disappointed. The most I gleaned from this book was a definition of H.I.I.T. and names of trainers who have built athlete exeecise programs from using the high intensity interval training. Don't waste your time or money.
