Really Helpful!

For those of us who tend to overthink, this book is so important. Overthinking is explained very well, with lists of causes and the potential dangers. Quitting the overthinking habit can help improve your life and one way to do that is to get a more positive attitude. I like using positive affirmations for this and the book even advises that.
