About this listen

An unstoppable army. A crumbling alliance. A final battle that will decide the fate of every Earth in existence.

Colonel Vaughn Singleton and his multiverse-hopping team of soldiers, scientists, and smart-assed robots are out of time. The Necks—relentless, four-armed machines—have launched a devastating offensive across countless timelines. As humanity's last defenses falter, Vaughn's team races to reboot the timeline and stop the war before it begins.

But when a mission deep behind enemy lines uncovers a buried truth about their robotic foes, everything changes. Faced with a revelation that upends their understanding of the war, Vaughn must choose between saving the enemy—or erasing them from existence.

As alliances fracture and entire worlds burn, the team must risk everything in one final gambit. Because in the multiverse, there are no second chances… only infinite consequences.

Infinitude delivers a gut-punch of high-stakes action, mind-bending twists, and emotional payoff. Perfect for fans of The Expanse, Expeditionary Force, Live Die Repeat, and The Bobiverse, this explosive finale will leave you breathless.

Right from the start it grabs you and doesn't let go, it answers questions I've had from the very beginning and shows the author had a singular vision from the very beginning. The original book is borderline life changing. The only real downside is I miss JULIA WHELAN and her amazing performance in the first 3 books. Thank you Mr. Cole for writing such an amazing story. Also I would like to point out that I'm the first review, bought this the moment I got the notification and started listening to it immediately, staying up to 2am to finish.

Excellent story with an interesting combination of military sci-fi, space opera, and well-managed time travel. Hilarious characters that are really brought to life by R.C. Bray.

Going to tell you that as a rule, time travel drives me crazy and I almost always pass recuse ours a ridiculously fantastic thing to swallow…so in my opinion more a fantasy thing than a sci-fi thing for me. A very nice job is done with making the time travel component viable and not just hands waving magic (except for holding onto people or things that you want to take with you through a time jump…sigh). So what I can say is that I love the book and characters and even though time travel is a nonstarter for me, I didn’t find it so distractingly bad that it ruined the book. In fact, it was plausible enough to be a great ad for this story.

Buy it, you won’t be disappointed; I promise!

Great story! I loved it.

Standing Ovation! Great story and great ending to this series. I thought that I was fighting with them in the final battle scene. Took me back to “Aliens”.

Bravo Dean! Well Done!

I have loved this series, but this one feels like DMC was out of time to comply with a contract (3 years since the release of Fortitude). I still like the story, but it could have been better, and you need to read it to finish the series. BUT, it has a lot of fluff and unnecessarily extended (and repetitive) battle scenes that attempt to make it seem deep, but its really a bit shallow. DMC doesn't even bother to give their Octo friends a name until 1/3 of the way into the book, and then its only one of them. Oh, and this isn't a spoiler, but the dropping of the 4th wall to explain things is NOT in keeping with the series, and reeks of "oh crap I've got a deadline to meet".

Again, you have to read it to finish, but I was disappointed. DMC, please do better.
