    Exactly what you need to know if you are a newbie.

    Includes the basic but very useful info on what you need to know about fasting, it benefits and some overview on fitness.

    If you are new to fasting and you are planning on incorporating a new fitness plan to support it, this is the book for you.

    Not for the experienced dieter or fitness enthusiast. Still some useful info for the more experienced reader but not worth buying for those.
