Emphasis on self-compassion

Nice roadmap for someone looking for a healthier take on their life and body. Wasn’t overwhelmed at all, easy to understand and I liked that it focused on self-care. Definitely recommended

Nice to listen to.

Genuinely Instructive

I strongly suggest this book to anyone who is serious about learning how to listen to their body and find solutions to quit overeating because I have been on diets for a very long time. Excellent advice that is really basic and straightforward to do. I intend to put my new eating strategy into practice. The fantastic narration of a fantastic book.

Really a book that changes your life.

You can use the principles from this book to improve many different elements of your life in addition to helping you overcome eating troubles. 10/10. I'll be reading this book several times over the course of my life until I internalize the teachings.

Great resource!!

For teenagers and young adults who have a difficult connection with food, this is an excellent resource. I routinely use the Intuitive Eating audio book as a supplement to client consultations as a nutritionist. Teens can now enjoy this fantastic audiobook! highly suggestable.
