What REALLY made me happy
I bought a waffle maker so I could make keto waffles. I made the coconut flour waffles first and I was very happy. Then I discovered chaffles, which in my opinion are so much closer to the real thing. How did they escape my attention all these years!? I think it was my lack of owning a waffle maker that made me disregard them. I made mine without psyllium husk powder and can’t imagine it would be better with it. I did the basic recipe minus psyllium and added 1.5 tsp of erythritol. I cooked it in a ceramic Belgian waffle maker. One (2) mini serving recipe makes one Belgian waffle. Making for my husband and myself,I mixed one recipe worth, put the entire thing in the waffle maker, which was the perfect amount of batter and then repeated. Pro-tip, make sure to cover all the squares with batter so you don’t have holes in your waffles.
What REALLY made me happy was the wholesome yum maple syrup I ordered at the same time as my waffle maker. O.M.G. Game Changer! I have been gluten free and low carb since 2013. So I haven’t had waffles since at least that long, probably longer. I’ve made the occasional green banana flour pancake and used real maple syrup as a very carb-y once ayear treat. The wholesome yum maple syrup tastes so close to the real thing. I can have pancakes/waffles regularly now! SO HAPPY! AND in ketosis. Make the keto waffles. Get the syrup. You will be happy. Thank you so much for bringing both to my attention.

So Many GREAT Recipes!
I ordered the Keto Chaffles Recipes: 70+ Easy & Quick Ketogenic Recipes for Busy People. The Complete & Essential Guide to Living The Keto Lifestyle for Beginners #2020, Easy and Irresistible Low Carb and Gluten Free Ketogenic Waffle Recipes to Start off Your Day because I eat the Keto lifestyle and I love Chaffles. I was excited to see this cookbook with so many great recipes. It is a WONDERFFUL Chaffle cookbook FULL of amazing ways t make chaffles. I've already made a couple and will continue to pick out recipes and try. It has such a great variety. I am so thrilled to have and use this cookbook.

Responsible keto dieting
The author states that a diet needs to work for you and if it is too hard to stick to, or you don’t feel well on it, stop. Very good advice. The recipes are varied and the ingredients are easy to find.

Money Well Spent
