I have tried several diets in the past but none of them have really seemed to work. A few of them helped me temporarily lose weight but it would come back easily when I was no longer on the diet. Man. I never used to think about the effectiveness of the Keto diet but this book definitely gives some good insight. My friends always told me about intermittent fasting so learning more about it was amazing. I found this book to be very informative, I had done a lot of my own research before and this book had a lot of what I found. I think if you're new to thinking about Keto this is the book for you. It breaks it all down for you with some easy recipes and meal plans.

I really enjoyed the narration as well he was very clear and didn't speak too fast. I highly recommend for beginners.

Ok so coming from someone who used to weigh around 300 lbs and was around 45% body fat, it's pretty hard to come across actual helpful resources about losing weight. This book changed my life. Using the methods and meal plans in this book, I was able to shred 100 lbs in no time. If you need a turnaround, this book is a solid purchase.

Great presentation of both the KetoDiet and Intermitent Fasting concepts explaining key characteristics of each dietary approaches. Compared KetoDiet with other well known diets such as Atkins and low carb diet s while presenting advantages of each. Both general descriptions and scientific evidence are included as well as physiological changes that occur within the body. Intermittent fasting and the KetoDiet are discussed with the focus upon lifestyle changes and personal choices or adaptive behaviors that result in positive outcomes. I would recommend to anyone who wants to know about the KetoDiet.
