My problem

My problem was described in this book. I learned so many new things even after many years of working out and dieting. I can't wait to try some of the diet methods that were taught in this book as I see high potential for it and believe it will work well for me.

Interesting take on weight loss

This audiobook is an interesting take on weight loss. I liked how the author explained why traditional diets can feel like an uphill battle, which made a lot of sense. Another good diet

This is yet another good diet, one I did not know existed until this year. If you are wanting to lose weight, check out this book. It's not for everyone, but it really is a good way to get healthier.

Don’t waste your money!

This author sounds like someone who doesn’t have a weight problem and just decided one day to write and overly simplistic book off the top of his head to make a few bucks. I got nothing out of this book
