She. Is. The. Guru.
This Audiobook is so good. Nicole’s read is really well-paced and even though I have listened to every single podcast (some more than once) and been in countless community calls and experiences with her, I am still learning new things from the book — seeing things from a new perspective. Highly recommend!!

Easy to digest and Actionable!
Nicole is easy to listen to and understand as she shares this heartfelt book. It is laid out well, gives distinct directions and a lot of basis for her work. Her voice is so soothing, but also empowering. I have borrowed several quotes for daily reminders and will listen more than once.

This book will change your life!
When I first learned about the concepts of mindbody medicine and TMS, I approached them with a healthy skepticism. I did some research and found that there's a ton scientific evidence to support these concepts. But the real proof came when I started doing the work and experiencing the results.
Nicole Sachs is THE expert when it comes to this stuff. There are many good books on this topic, but Mind Your Body is, by far, the single best source of everything you need to know to start healing.
The ideas in this book are beneficial to everyone. This is life changing stuff. This is not "alternative medicine", it's real science-based medicine that urgently needs to be integrated into our Western medical model.
I especially love the audiobook version of Mind Your Body because it is read by Nicole. Her confidence and her desire to help people can be heard in her voice throughout the entire book.

She saved my life
Haven’t finished but the least I could do to support her I had CFS ME/ post viral fatigue/ long covid
And a month and a half after listening to her podcast I was 100%
This books seems like it is a distilled practical step by step process to do the work to overcome chronic conditions
Much of what is in the book is in her podcast, but it is scattered around
A more clean, concise version is this book

a practical solution to guaranteed recovery
i can’t express how important this book is for anyone experiencing physical or emotion distress/pain. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and told i would be in chronic pain forever, with no solution but medications that did more harm than any good, and empty suggestions to cope w stress. This book, this work, in just 4 months, i no longer suffer from debilitating foot pain, stomach issues, chronic fatigue, and so much more. I don’t consider myself trapped by my diagnosis or my symptoms, it’s everything. Please give yourself the gift of listening to this book and hearing the real testimonies of so many people who no longer suffer after decades of debilitating pain and anxiety.
