The best paleo book I have read.
What did you love best about Paleo Salads?
The long and short of it is this. This is the best paleo salad book, ... no, the best Paleo recipe book i have ever read. The author has outdone herself here.
Have you listened to any of Joana Garcia’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No i will not compare bcoz this is my first book.

I have found this book really useful as a Paleo newbie. I love salads but sometimes I run out of ideas and this book really helped me to stay on track with my healthy diet. I just adore salads, so this was right up my street. But, the attention to details to favors was stunning. Add the fact that you will lose weight as a result and voila, you have a perfect match made in heaven. A huge recommend from me.

Simple, straightforward, and thorough
I found this “one-sitting read” to be incredibly helpful in getting me started. I’ve been on the AIP for three weeks and learned new and important things to assist my wellness journey, including why I’ve had a flare up after starting (not uncommon) and what order to reintroduce foods. Highly recommended.

Superb read! Full of wonderful ideas. I love the idea that the dishes can be cooked in 25 minutes. Loved the calorie nutrition specs. So glad I found this book. I just need to get over my lazyness and implement the great ideas. Overall five star plus!

Great advice
This book has helped me a lot. I depend on it, now, for most of my cooking and recipes. Paleo-AIP is overwhelming and this book brings it down to a doable level. I am not in love with all of the recipes but they are a dramatic dietary change and will take getting used to.

This great info combination I would not call a book, I would call it a nutrition guide, which is helping me a lot at the moment. I eat according to the rules. What result did I get? I got pretty much everything a little bit; I feel better, lost a couple of pounds as well. I am happy.

Paleo is the best diet!
The results I got from it were very good, I lost 5 pounds in 5 business day while I was still working and maintaining old behaving habits, changing only the nutrition part. I think that this great book will guide my family and me to a better lifestyle and we all are gonna fallow it for a long time. Recommend.
