Before I listened to this book,I has pretty much given up on even trying to loose weight. After listening to this I actually have hope again. Target 100 breaks it down into Achievable goals and is not overwhelming. Thank you Liz!

I love how Liz gives simple baby steps to follow to get to your goal. The 100 steps have really encouraged me to walk even though I have to force myself sometimes. she gives such good advice and tips on what devices to use and suggestions for YouTube workouts and apps. I've tried so many diets out there but I like the way Liz keeps on telling us throughout the book to make it our own. Thank you so much Liz for your wisdom and easy to follow healthy eating regime.

Excellent advice on dieting including: 1) drink 100 ounces of water a day, 2) move 100 more minutes a week, 3) sleep 100 more minutes a week, 4) destress 100 minutes a week, 5) eat less than 100 grams of carbs a day. Worth focusing on the concepts taught.

This book was so good that I listened twice and bought a physical copy. It outlines a strategy based on relatively small and meaningful changes that lead to health and overall weight loss. If you are not a believer in calorie restriction or other types of restrictive diets and are looking to create sustainable change, I highly recommend this resource. I can see the results in the mirror and in my overall energy. Liz's narration made this an enjoyable and easy read.
