What I loved most about this book, though, were the "hacks" themselves. Kami Kessel offers so many creative and delicious ideas for spicing up plant-based meals and making them more exciting. From making your own vegan cheese to incorporating exotic spices and herbs, there were so many ideas I had never considered before.
But what really sets this book apart is the author's passion for plant-based eating. It's clear that she truly believes in the power of a plant-based diet to improve not only our health but also the health of the planet. Her enthusiasm is infectious and made me even more excited to continue exploring plant-based eating.
