Accessible, Easy Start to Plant Based Eating
I’ve been vegetarian for a few years now and have been incorporating more plant based eating into my diet. I really enjoyed how accessible this book is, and it’s also very informative for someone who isn’t brand new to a vegan diet. It’s narrated by the author with so much joy and enthusiasm that it’s hard not to feel optimistic about a plant based diet. I highly recommend this one!

plenty of inspiration and practical advice
I absolutely loved "Plant-Based Eating Hacks"! As someone who is trying to incorporate more plant-based meals into my diet, this book was an invaluable resource. The author, Kami Kessel, provides a wealth of information on everything from the health benefits of a plant-based diet to tips for meal planning and preparation.
What I loved most about this book, though, were the "hacks" themselves. Kami Kessel offers so many creative and delicious ideas for spicing up plant-based meals and making them more exciting. From making your own vegan cheese to incorporating exotic spices and herbs, there were so many ideas I had never considered before.
But what really sets this book apart is the author's passion for plant-based eating. It's clear that she truly believes in the power of a plant-based diet to improve not only our health but also the health of the planet. Great source of inspiration
I have a few barriers in my mind about plant based diet, but I got great inspiration in this audiobook. Not only about health benefits, but also about meal preparation (and planning). Another really important hack is about automation, time and money savings, which are really important to make a diet happen in our daily routines.
Great content and great narration!!
I think this audible is a must for vegans and every person trying to get a healthy diet!! I love it!

AN INFORMATIVE GUIDE !!
I have always been in favour of eating veggies as they contain vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Vegetables also have fiber, which helps with digestion and keeps you feeling full. They're not very high in calories, so they can help you keep a healthy weight. Moreover, they can make your heart strong and reduce the chance of getting sick. The author has mentioned amazing meal hacks that encourage you to start eating veggies. I appreciate the author for such an amazing work. Highly recommended to everyone!
