I am very satisfied with this book. This is really an excellent book. I found many useful ideas in this Intermittent Fasting for Women book. . I see the book as helping primarily With my Weight Loss. Really excellent information, well organized, Fantastic book. I really liked this book and would recommend all of you guys.

Changed my life and Health

I found this book very interesting and helpful, and have now incorporated intermittent fasting into my life on a regular basis with very encouraging results. Although I don't have diabetes I am severely overweight

Powerful

I knew that some have used intermittent fasting in addition to a low carb, mod. protein, and high fat diet but I feared it and couldn't get past the idea. The disappointment with not losing my extra fat despite my best efforts spurred me to think about pulling out the big guns!!!!! I'm thankful to have listen this in my time of need!

Phenomenal Intermittent Fasting for Women book! Exceptional formulas. Enchanting theory, and quick outcomes from applying these musings. I would have liked more data on success studies and supporting data on the upsides of IF as ordered in helpful diaries. Generally speaking a normal book. Must listen.
