Finally!

The layout is almost perfect with your grocery list and meals for the week, and my only complaint would be that the recipes for each week aren't in the same section.

So much more than recipes!

Many of those recipes are here in this audible. Most of his recipes are SOS (no salt, oil, or sugar), gluten-free, and nut free.

So much more than for Beginners

This audible has some surprisingly tasty recipes that are easy to catch! The author covers the "ins and outs" of becoming a whole food plant-based. This is an enjoyable guide for beginners and endured alike.
