Works for me
I have a hard time relaxing and sleeping. I like this recording because it helps me relax and sleep. I use this with "Activating the Law of Attraction." They are an effective combination.

I've had a HUGE lack of sleep since several years. Too nervous to fall asleep or to have a restfull night. This audio calmes me down everytime I listen to it and I've got quality rest ever since. (I've never heard the end of it...)

A fairly good relaxation presention.
I bought several of these hypnotic type relaxation guides. This one is pretty good, although after a while, they seem to lose their effectiveness for me. She has a pretty thick British accent

An utterly amazing relaxation guide!
I don't know where Lynda Hudson has been all our (relaxation exercising) lives, but I'm certainly glad she's chosen to appear, now. This recording of hers is, by far, the single most effective guided imagery tape I've ever been lucky enough to stumble onto, to date. Her combination of poetically measured cadence, accessible images and soothing voice meld into a relaxation tour de force that exceeds my usual bank of superlatives! Do _not_ miss this one!!

Incredible
I've used progressive relaxation recordings before, but this is my first experience with using a hypnosis relaxation recording. It took a few minutes to get used to the voice and settle down, but once I did, it was mind-blowing how relaxed I got. At one point during my first time using the recording, I felt like I was weightless and zooming through the universe. A few days after I tried this, a friend was really stressed, so I sent him into an empty room with this recording. When he came out, he compared the experience to being on drugs, except with no side effects. This recording has brought my general stress level down, calmed me during stressful situations, and helped me sleep better. I can't recommend it enough.

truly helpful
i have been having a lot of health problems mostly due to excessive stress. i listen to this short download right as i'm going to sleep. it is amazing how you begin to unconsciously adjust your breathing, and simply slow down as soon as you hear her voice. it has been very helpful to me. Very gentle narration.

Much Better Stuff out there...
You can hear Lynda leave the recording studio at the end of the recording...how professional is that? Would prefer a better produced recording.
Also, the background music was distraction. I give it a 1 out of 5, Lynda should be happy I didn't give her a zero. (This is the second recording of hers that I own.)
