About this listen

Blake never expected to meet beautiful women while studying archaeology — let alone a stunning Valkyrie.

Dying was a bit of a bummer, but the chance to see Asgard with his own eyes was well worth it. Blake found himself one of the few, modern mortals found worthy of Valhalla, earning him the interest of the gorgeous battle maidens.

But there's no time for feasting! Loki has broken free from his ancient prison, and Ragnarok is about to begin! Now, Blake will have to adapt to the brutal culture he studied and level up to survive the Twilight of the Gods.

Valhalla's Calling

A LitRPG book with a nice Norse flavor. Excellent characters, good pacing, just a fun read. Worth paying for.

Spicy Ragnarok.

If you've got to fight in the war to end all wars, may as well have a hot Valkyrie harem.
I've never been a huge Norse mythology fan but this author puts together a great story.
if you like HaremLit and Valkyries, you are gonna want to get this book.
I'm giving this book 7 out of 5 stars.

Absolutely love this can’t wait for the next

If you know the lore the Norse mythology moves in cycles and restarts everyone knows the end with it being the beginning I’m excited to see what happens

Too much time spent in the head of an adult MC with the mind of an angsty 15 year old.

MC sucks. He isn’t very bright and has no business being the MC in any story let alone one about being a god fighting for the future of everything.

solid start

I enjoyed the start of this new series. I liked how the mc wasn't super op at the start or at the end for that matter. there's a lot of room for growth and I'm interested to see how the rest of ragnorok will play out.

Welcome to Valhalla

It would've been nice if the voice actors would been more in character (act scared, thrilled, surprised) than just reading from a script.

Could have been good… AI assisted? No Spice

The book is interesting. The VA’s are good.

In my opinion if things like “I will not loose her again” is said twice in the same sentence. Or Loki calling out to his brother then saying high to odin. There were to many instances of inconsistencies in the story. And/or inconsistencies in interactions between people. They felt rushed and disconnected. Which leads me to believe it was AI assisted. The whole story felt rushed. Not to mention the fade to black love scene. If you’re going to make the mc as horny as a pubescent teen. At least allow the reader a good love scene.

This would be a good book for someone starting out reading. But after your first great book. You will feel the underwhelming when they do not match up.

Wanted it to be good. Hope this helps future readers. P.S. when I got the book it had only 5 star reviews.
