Very thorough
Very informative book on real estate, as it introduces to basic and technical process of real estate transactions. At times the materials felt recycled. It also had too many outside references, and instead could’ve shortened a bit.

Best Book for Realtors
As a top producing loan officer, I'm always looking for unique giveaways to referral sources and potential referral sources. This is simply the best real estate book I've ever read. Easy to digest, literally only takes you 5 minutes per day to understand and Implement a new tactic. A total game-changer for several Realtors whom I've given this book to!!!!

Just 5 minutes really can make an impact
I work directly with real estate agents and brokers every day, and this is a book that I highly recommend to our clients. It contains daily guidance to help keep agents focused on their goals, and mixes in motivation and inspiration along the way. We get so bombarded with all the things (big and small) that we do every day to grow our businesses, and Karen is right. Just 5 minutes a day, focused on the right things, can make a huge impact. After all, what's the best way to eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Karen's a real pro who takes her craft and influence in the real estate industry seriously.

Great Information, but not the best Audio Book
This book has a ton of key principles for sales and real estate. You will be given a lot of tools and ideas on how to best succeed. However, it's a really poor format to list to. The chapters are small, there's 365 of them, and they all last 3-5 minutes. This equates to listening to a bunch of self-contained chapters in one sessions, which is weird. Also, some of these chapters repeat and it's kinda lame.

Great book!
There are some basics in here, but it’s a good book overall. I just listened through, I didn’t listen to one a day. There are some motivational takeaways, strategy, personal development, and stories from an experienced agent. It is one of the better real estate books out there in my opinion. I like the fact that she gives her own personal experiences and positive actions and negative mistakes she has made.

Every Day Of The Year....
At my mid-life crossroad I have taken on real estate as a part-time profession and realized I LOVE IT.....and after the guilt of NOT doing it for the last 25 years I also realized that I CAN DO THIS.....BUT how and where do I start. I have the license and the personality, but building my own business and database - WHAT?????? Every day I try to "get myself and brand out there" as people tell me I should, but it gets frustrating when you think....."how can I tweak this" or "should I change that". This book gives you inspirations and guidance in all sides of being a real estate agent. She uses examples that a child from the 80's can relate too. Dummy down the business for us newbies. LOL The book is broken up for every day of the year instead of chapters which is different and pleasant. I will be reading this book again and again for little pick me ups!!!!!!
