I'm familiar with cognitive behavioral therapy, but this book presents some of the same concepts in fresh way that gave me some new ideas.

Pull you out of that mindset.

I have heard these strategies before but I really like the concise description in this book. If you find yourself slipping into negativity or negative self talk, this serves as a good reminder strategies to pull you out of that mindset.

One of the best audiobooks I've ever listen.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best audiobooks I've ever listen to on how to be the focal point of any social gathering, any corporate event (meeting or party), or any other social situation (including relationships).
