Nedra does it again!
Yet another beautifully insightful work by Nedra and her wonderful “nuggets.” If you’ve been following her on social media for a while you get many of her thought provoking posts and emails all in one place for you to come back to over and over again. I encourage you to get a physical copy so you can make notes on a second or third listen. This combined with her other two books are really life changing and after having read the other two when they came out, this book feels like the natural next step for folks who have spent time working on holding boundaries and releasing drama from their lives. It’s always refreshing to hear all of this in her voice so I was pleased to hear her narrate again. I’ll be returning to this book often when I feel out of balance and recommending it to everyone I love who also is working on people pleasing, making boundaries, managing familial relationships, and finding themself as an adult. Thank you again Nedra, you’re changing the world with everything you share.

Love Dr. Tawwab and her narration.. didn’t realize this was a collection of Instagram stories.
I love listening to Nedra speak. Her voice is great and her wisdom resonates. However, I did think this was new content and not a collection of Instagram stories I’d watched. That was a bit of a bummer for me, but I still think there’s a lot to gain, and the “Nedra Nuggets” are still delicious small bites of Excellent advice.

Awesome Book Life Lessons
I really love this book . It's helping me put certain things in my life into perspective. Reminding me about the importance of healthy boundaries as well as things I need to consider. I suffer from anxieties and Nedra's thoughtful and helpful writing has been a big part of how to deal with life situation. Thank you again. A must read.
